Mr George Brown, November 2013: My first contact (after booking on line) was was a telephone conversation wit Kath the receptionist, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. my next encounter was a week earlier on a recce mission with a porter named Jim.He showed me round the complex and explained the booking in procedure.both Jim then and Sid who was on reception on the day I booked in and the porter when I booked out ALL were very enthuiastic and obviously took a great pride in their job and the Business school buildings. One last thing on the Sunday morning in the restaurant for breakfast the young blond lady who was on duty, again went out of her way to make me welcome Well done everyone concerned.
